JMS-103 - Added the ability to update a JSCAPE MFT Synchronizer Agent instance from the JSCAPE MFT Synchronizer Manager (Note: Only supported by the GUI installer. Not supported by the RPM and ZIP installers.)

JMS-108 - Introduced Commands, which enable JSCAPE MFT Synchronizer to execute applications on either the synchronizer side or the agent side

JMS-110 - Added the ability for JSCAPE MFT Synchronizer to remotely restart a JSCAPE MFT Synchronizer Agent instance during an agent update

JMS-116 - Added the ability for JSCAPE MFT Synchronizer to run optional Commands during or post synchronization
