Resetting your password

Your password may be reset by clicking on the "Lost password" link found in the login page for the web user interface, or by going to the "My Account" section after logging in to your account via the web user interface.

When clicking the "Lost password" link an email will be sent to the email address associated with the user account with details on how to reset your password.  If an email address is not associated with the account then it will be necessary for you to contact your account administrator in order to reset your password.
