js-reset-admin-authentication

Top  Previous  Next

The js-reset-admin-authentication command resets the administrative user authentication service to "local authentication". This may be used in emergency situations where administrative access is prevented due to inability to access alternative authentication service. In order to regain access into the JSCAPE MFT Server Manager, you will have to run the js-addadmin after the js-reset-admin-authentication command in order to add a new admin. Once a new admin is added, you can use that newly added admin to log in.
