Mapping a network storage to a virtual path

Top  Previous  Next

Mapping a network storage to a virtual path is a powerful feature that allows users to transparently access one or more remote services via a single client session.  In order to map a network storage to a virtual path first create a network storage, then map that network storage to a virtual path for a user or group of users.  When users access the virtual path of a network storage they will be connected to the remote service/storage solution.  This is completely transparent to the end user.
