Establishing a connection

To establish a connection simply invoke the TelnetSession#connect method providing the username and password arguments. You may optionally invoke the TelnetSession#connect method which takes a username, password and timeout. When passing the timeout argument a TelnetException will be thrown in the event that you are unable to successfully login within the specified timeout.
