Establishing an Rlogin connection

The process flow for establishing an Rlogin connection to a remote host is as follows:

1. Create a new Rlogin instance.

2. Subscribe delegate methods to newly created Rlogin instance that will be responsible for capturing data received from the remote host.

3. You may subscribe delegate methods to newly created Rlogin instance to be responsible for capturing connect and disconnect events.

4. Invoke the Rlogin.Connect method passing the remote host hostname and username to establish a connection.
