Logging into your administrative account

Each MFTExpress account comes with a administrative login that can be used to manage your user accounts via the web.  The number of user accounts that you can create along with your allocated bandwidth and storage is based on the type of account package you selected at time of purchase.

 

To manage your users, login via the web interface using your administrative login credentials and click the My Account link located in the upper right corner.  The My Account view is displayed below in Figure 5.  As an administrator you will see a Domain Administration section which is available only to domain administrators and not the users that you create as a domain administrator.

User Interface

 

Personal information - Your name, login and email address.

Change password - Change password for this account.

Domain Administration - Manage users owned by this account.  (Available only to administrative accounts).

Add User - Add a user. (Available only to administrative accounts).

Public Key Authentication - Manage keys for use in public-key authentication with SFTP protocol.

My Storage - Switches view to files and folders view for this account.

Logout - Logout of this session.

Quotas - Bandwidth and storage quota information.
