Mapping a reverse proxy to a virtual path

Top  Previous  Next

Mapping a reverse proxy to a virtual path is a powerful feature that allows users to transparently access one or more remote FTP/FTPS/SFTP servers via a single client session.  In order to map a reverse proxy to a virtual path first create a reverse proxy, then map that reverse proxy to a virtual path for a user or group of users.  When users access the virtual path of a reverse proxy they will be connected to the remote server.  This is completely transparent to the end user.
