The purpose of this function is to make it easier for users to create a synchronization based on an existing synchronization.
To copy a synchronization, navigate to the Synchronizations module, select the synchronization you want to copy, and then click the Copy button.
That should bring up the 'Copy Synchronization...' dialog. Provide a Name for the new synchronization.
Open edit dialog after copying - Check this if you want to edit the newly created synchronization right after it's created.
