Overview

The Accounts module contains connection details of each remote host you wish to perform automatic synchronization with this instance of JSCAPE MFT Synchronizer.

When you add an account, you need to select an access protocol for the remote host and then specify the connection details of that host. The supported access protocols include the following:

AFTP
AFTP/S
Agent
Amazon S3
Dropbox
FTP
FTP/S
FTP/Implicit SSL
Google Cloud Storage
HTTP
HTTP/S
Microsoft Azure File Storage
SFTP

The Agent protocol is used in cases when the remote host does not run any of the supported file transfer protocols enumerated above. Before you can add an account that uses the Agent protocol, you need to create a corresponding agent in the Agents module. See Adding Agents.
